Translational Bioinformatics for Personalized Medicine

Identification of correct biomarkers is a critical step towards personalized and predictive medicine. Our system is currently being tested to specify algorithm working conditions. It will soon be integrated with clinical patient information to predict patient health state and to provide individual-based diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment. Our research is in line with the NIH's translational genomics vision.
